In person
Every session lasts approximately 60-90 minutes and occurs within our clean, spacious hyperbaric chamber. Enjoy each session with one of your preferred books, unwind or work on your laptop while reaping the advantages of concentrated oxygen.
As the chamber gently pressurizes you may feel a sensation similar to taking off in an airplane - a light pressure in your ears. This is completely normal and can be relieved by swallowing, yawning or gently clearing your ears
Preparing for your Session
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Avoid oils, lotions, and fragrances
• Stay hydrated and eat light
• Call with medication questions
• Optional: nasal decongestant 40 mins prior
• Use restroom before session
Arrival
• Arrive 10 minutes early
• You’ll receive a text when ready
• Free on-site parking
• Call if over 10 minutes late
During Session
• Remove jewelry and metal items
• Pillows provided
• Sit or lie down — we accommodate you
