Every session lasts approximately 60-90 minutes and occurs within our clean, spacious hyperbaric chamber. Enjoy each session with one of your preferred books, unwind or work on your laptop while reaping the advantages of concentrated oxygen.
As the chamber gently pressurizes you may feel a sensation similar to taking off in an airplane - a light pressure in your ears. This is completely normal and can be relieved by swallowing, yawning or gently clearing your ears
Preparing for your Session
To ensure the best experience, please:
Dress in relaxed, comfortable clothing.
Avoid applying oils, lotions, perfumes, or scented products prior to arrival.
Drink plenty of water and have a light meal beforehand.
Reach out with any questions regarding medications.
To help with ear pressure, consider taking a nasal decongestant about 40 minutes before your appointment (if suitable for you).
Use the restroom before your session begins for added comfort.
Arrival Details
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early. You’ll receive a text when your chamber is prepared.
Complimentary on-site parking is available for your convenience.
If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, kindly call us to confirm we can still accommodate your appointment time.
During Your Hyperbaric Experience
Remove all jewelry and metal accessories before entering the chamber.
We provide pillows and comfort essentials to help you relax.
You may choose to sit upright or lie down — we will adjust to your comfort needs.
